Memorial Row		Ian Guy Anderson	Anderson died of influenza in Missoula on October 28, 1918, while serving with the Student Army Training Corps on the UM Campus
Memorial Row		George F. Bonzwitz	Bonewitz was the first Student Army Training Corps soldier to die of influenza, on October 12, 1918. He was stationed at Fort Missoula.
Memorial Row		Virgil Willis Bostwick	Bostwick died of pneumonia in Missoula on October 27, 1918, while serving with the Student Army Training Corps on campus.
Memorial Row		Lester Luke Brennan	Brennan was killed in an airplane accident in England during a trial flight in February, 1918.
Memorial Row		Wingfield Ludwell Brown	Brown returned to the University of Montana after the war and earned his law degree in 1920. But, he had been injured in the Battle of the Argonne in 1918, and he died as a result of those injuries in Philipsburg on February 3, 1921.
Memorial Row		Roy S. Butzerin	Butzerin served in the first three battles of the Marne and was killed in action on September 26, 1918 during the Battle of the Argonne. He was recommended for a Distinguished Service Cross and was buried in Belleau Wood.
Memorial Row		Marcus B. Cook	Cook, a Forestry student, was travelling to France with other American troops aboard the ocean liner Tuscania when it was torpedoed by a German U-Boat in the Northern Channel between Ireland and Scotland, on February 5, 1918. Cook was one of the more than 200 people who died from the attack. He was buried in Scotland.
Memorial Row		Gerard W. Cornelissen	Cornelissen was one of six "alien" soldiers in the Student Army Training Corps. He died of influenza on October 16, 1918, while serving at Fort Missoula.
Memorial Row		Paul Logan Dornblaser	Dornblaser, a Law graduate, was killed by a sniper on Blanc Mont Ridge, in France, in October 1918
Memorial Row		Sidney W. Dunbar	Dunbar died of influenza on October 18, 1918. He was the first Student Army Training Corps private stationed on campus to die in the pandemic.
Memorial Row		Frederick Otto Eitelberg	Eitelberg, an engineering student, died of influenza at the Post Hospital, Fort Wright, Washington, on December 2, 1918
Memorial Row		Mary Francis Garrigus	Garrigus, a Law graduate and nurse in Missoula, died of influenza on November 30, 1918. She was 28.
Memorial Row		J. Norbert Gerondale	Gerondale died of influenza on October 19, 1918, while serving with the Student Army Training Corps at Fort Missoula
Memorial Row		Lillian Elizabeth Halse	Halse, a sophomore, died of influenza on November 29, 1918 while serving as a nurse in Missoula.
Memorial Row		James H Haubensak	Haubensak, a pharmacy student, was killed while resting near Verdun, France on November 2, 1918.

Memorial Row		Raymond Frances Loranger	Loranger was initially injured at the front. But he was later hurt in an ambulance accident and died during surgery at the Naval Hospital, Fort Lyons, Colorado, on January 1, 1919.

Memorial Row		James B. Muri	Muri, a Law student, served in France, where he contracted tuberculosis. He returned home, but never fully recovered from the illness, and died of it in Denver, Colorado, on April 25, 1922.
Memorial Row		Roy E. Reynolds	Reynolds died of influenza on October 17, 1918, while serving with the Student Army Training Corps at Fort Missoula.
Memorial Row		William Emmet Ryan	Ryan was shot and wounded in the Battle of the Argonne, in November 1918. He died of his injuries in a field evacuation hospital on the day after the Armistice, November 12, 1918. He was buried in France.
Memorial Row		James Claude Simpkins	Simpkins, a Chemistry gradyate, was killed by a bomb near Morvillars, France on September 18, 1918. He is buried at Arlington National Cemetery.
Memorial Row		John B. Skladony	Skladony died of influenza on October 20, 1918, while serving with the Student Army Training Corps at Fort Missoula.
Memorial Row		Einer E. Strandskov	Strandskov died of influenza on October 17, 1918, while serving with the Student Army Training Corps at Fort Missoula.
Memorial Row		Henry Pierce Torrey	Torrey died of influenza while at sea en route to France on September 24, 1918. He was buried at Arlington National Cemetery in Washington, D. C.
Memorial Row		David Mason Whitmore	Whitmore, a Forestry student, died of influenza at Camp Lewis, Washington on November 1, 1918.
Memorial Row		Ward E. Woodward	Woodward died of pneumonia in Toule, France on October 8, 1918
Memorial Row		Mrs. Hazel Yoder	University officials asked Mrs. Hazel Yoder to come to Missoula as head nurse for the Student Army Training Corps. She was 29-years-old, and had previously served as a nurse in Great Falls. Mrs. Yoder had been on campus only two days when she contracted influenza. She died of heart complications on November 8, 1918, following a battle with the flu.
